As the director of total rewards for EMEA, you will be expected to partner with global and regional stakeholders across the business the lead, own and oversee all aspects of our total rewards programmes in the region. You will be responsible for the leadership and development of two direct repor t s. This role will be based in our London office. Responsibilities: Ownership and accountability for all total rewards programmes in EMEA, serving as the primary point of contact and influence for total rewards. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure that total rewards programmes are competitive, compliant, and effectively support engagement and retention. Contribute to the development of total rewards strategies, governance and policies that support the business while taking account of the specific needs of the EMEA region. Lead the communication and education efforts to ensure that total rewards programmes are clearly understood and valued by leaders, managers and colleagues. Monitor and evaluate the performance of total rewards programmes (including service and performance of vendors), recommending and implementing enhancements as needed. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Extensive compensation and benefits experience within a multinational setting, including knowledge of country-specific total rewards market knowledge and best practice. Understanding of how finance, HR, operations, legal, communications interact with total rewards programmes. Proven ability to consult, problem solve, advise and influence stakeholders at all levels. Successful record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
