Job Description
* Act as the main customer contact for orderbook demands, maintaining accurate sales orderbook data and supporting the SIOP process with reliable future demand signals.
* Utilise exception reports, prevent orderbook erosion, identify stock risks, and produce KPI suites covering Sales and Arrears trends (daily, weekly, monthly).
* Work with Manufacturing Managers to identify and resolve delivery issues early, implement containment actions, and keep customers informed.
* Lead supplier relationship management, drive supply chain performance improvements, manage sourcing activities, and support risk assessments.
* Train and coach internal stakeholders on SIOP and ERP adherence, develop purchasing processes, and foster a high-performance, compliance-driven culture.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Proven experience in Demand Management or Supply Chain roles
* Strong background in ERP systems and SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes
* Experience in supplier relationship management and operational performance improvement
* Previous experience working in an engineering or manufacturing organisation
