Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs
* Supporting pupils\' academic, social, and emotional development
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
* Contributing to whole-school initiatives and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
* Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
* Passionate about inclusive education and child development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
