Senior Associate - Account Management, UAM Media

Amazon is seeking to hire a Strategic Account Manager to help build our key categories by managing our top and most strategic Selling Partner Accounts. You will join a high-performing, learning-oriented, analytical team motivated to work hard, have fun, and make history.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own relationships with our most strategic partners and drive initiatives to improve their customer experience and Amazon strategy. Responsibilities include expanding product selection, improving product availability, building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally), conducting category analytics, and driving overall improvements to the Amazon store.

This role involves managing multiple projects and problem-solving daily. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing seller relationships: Champion seller needs at Amazon, build strong communication channels at all levels, set expectations, provide clear status updates, and develop growth plans.
2. Strategic planning: Collaborate with leadership on planning and business strategy for Consumables, analyzing customer trends.
3. Data analysis: Analyze industry and internal data to understand the competitive landscape and identify customer trends.
4. Financial analysis: Conduct financial assessments to meet revenue and profitability targets.
5. Business growth: Build and execute strategic account plans to capitalize on key business opportunities for both the seller and Amazon.
6. Project management: Lead key initiatives such as new product launches and relationship extensions, partnering with business development and onboarding teams.
7. Operational improvements: Work with sellers to enhance operational aspects for better customer experiences.
8. Business analysis and reporting: Provide routine executive-level reports and insights, publishing recommendations based on data analysis.
9. Thought leadership: Offer strategic guidance on planning, roadmaps, and execution.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 1+ years of sales experience
* Bachelor's degree


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 2+ years of sales experience
