**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a 360 recruiter (experience in the UAE or KSA regions will be a strong advantage)
- A highly motivated and ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
- A genuine passion for sales with a proven track record of closing deals
- A robust, well-established network
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
This is a fully commission-based role during the probation period only, with no threshold, allowing you to earn up to 20% of everything you bill. Upon successful completion of the probation (3 months), you will have the option to relocate to Dubai and receive a competitive base salary, along with full benefits, including a yearly flight allowance, private healthcare, visa sponsorship, and paid leave.
