It includes one paid day a week on campus during term-time and working four days a week in the business. Classes are held at the Ambleside Campus of the University of Cumbria. A degree apprenticeship combines degree level education with on-the-job training helping you to develop your management expertise while you work. This alternative university route has tuition fees covered by Another Place and government funding. The position will include a varied role in all departments across the hotel over the three-year period with exciting roles available once your course is complete from supervisory to managerial level. The role would be for 40 hours per week, to include one day on campus. Essential requirements: Team player Calm under pressure Responsible Good communicator Entry to the course requires evidence of successful study at Level 3, A-Level, or equivalent.
