Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritise business requirements aligned with SSE's strategic goals. * Translate business needs into user stories and process improvements for agile delivery teams. * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights and drive alignment. * Support the design and implementation of new service management processes in line with ITIL and SIAM frameworks. * Conduct impact assessments and contribute to business case development. * Ensure solutions are user-centric, secure, and scalable. * Support test planning and execution to validate business requirements. * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders What do you need? * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation or service improvement projects. * Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices. * Experience working in agile delivery environments. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports What happens now?
