An established regional firm in the West Midlands is seeking a driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join and help grow its property offering.
The Role:
* Managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and general portfolio management
* Working alongside an experienced Consultant on existing matters where required
* Playing a central role in growing the commercial property department
* Actively engaging in business development, networking and marketing initiatives
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to the long‑term strategic growth of the team
The Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
* Confident managing files independently
* Commercially minded with an interest in business development
* Keen to network and develop referrer relationships
* Ambitious and motivated to help grow a department
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
