HollandGreen is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary practice of Architects, Landscape Designers, Interior Designers and Project Managers. We design and deliver homes and gardens for high-end residential clients across the South of England and London, from heritage properties and rural estates to contemporary new build homes and urban townhouses.
We’re looking for an experienced and talented Landscape Designer / Architect to join our friendly team. We are passionate about creating gardens which beautifully frame our clients’ homes, connect people to nature and enhance the local ecology and biodiversity.
The Role.
You’ll be delivering high-quality residential projects, working collaboratively with our inhouse Architectural and Interior Design teams on holistic schemes, as well as direct to Landscape Design projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and managing client/contractor relationships as well as wider teams of consultants, artisans, and specialists. You’ll be working on all parts of the design process from concept, construction, detailing and project delivery, working successfully on your own and as part of the team.
Skills & Experience.
We’re looking for a conceptual thinker with exceptional design sensibility and project experience, with ideally:
* Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture/Garden Design with 5 years minimum relevant experience
* A high-level of design ability, from freehand sketching to construction detailing
* Proficient in CAD systems, InDesign/Photoshop, Vectorworks. ArchiCAD beneficial, training will be provided
* Proficient in project costs, finances, proposals, and fee writing
* Experience of project management software, administering contracts, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery
* UK drivers’ licence and ability to travel to site where necessary
