Location: Bolton
Salary: £450 - £500 per week dependant on experience and qualifications.

Do you have a warm, nurturing approach and a genuine passion for supporting children in their earliest stages of development? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team from Autumn Term – October 2025 working 8:30-3:30pm.
As part of our Early Years setting (school based Nursery), you will play a vital role in delivering the Early YearsFoundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, using play, observation, and creative engagement to support each child’s individual needs and developmental milestones.
Requirements
The requested skillset the desired Early Years Teaching Assistant you will require;
1. Experience or confidence working with children.
2. Thorough understanding of the Early Years framework.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
4. A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
5. A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
