About The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and client‑focused Client Executive to join Anthony James Insurance Brokers, part of Specialist Risk Group. You’ll be responsible for managing client insurance needs across new quotations, renewals, and mid‑term adjustments, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, professionalism, and expert advice. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you will be doing
* Managing client insurance requirements including renewals, adjustments, and quotations.
* Liaising with Account Managers and Claims Managers to deliver a seamless service.
* Reviewing and issuing accurate documentation and ensuring timely invoicing.
* Advising clients and securing appropriate cover at competitive premiums.
* Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
* Supporting clients with queries and providing expert guidance where needed.
Who we are looking for
You’ll be a confident communicator with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
You’ll Need
* Thorough understanding of general insurance and legal principles.
* Knowledge of the insurance markets and products offered by Anthony James.
* Experience working within FCA regulatory frameworks.
* Strong negotiation and decision‑making skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Acturis.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
