* Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Construction, PMO, Digital & IT) and external providers to ensure seamless execution.
* Identify, assess, and manage risks, constraints, and capability gaps across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons.
* Define, track, and report performance through clear KPIs and insights.
* Build, lead, and develop a small, high-performing logistics planning team.
* Ensure full alignment with governance standards and nuclear safety culture.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project/programme management

* Strong analytical capability, with experience driving change through data-led insights.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement at Director and C-suite level.
* Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, WMS, and Microsoft Office.
* Prior experience within nuclear/highly regulated sector is desirable
* Reside locally to Bridgwater or be prepared to relocate, as this permanent role does not include travel expense coverage.

Exceptionally, we may consider visa sponsorship for applicants with niche experience aligned to our core work (e.g. EPR/nuclear new build).
