About the Role : They are looking to add to their team in their St Albans Head Office, salary is based on Experience.
Responsibilities :
* Project Management : Lead and manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
* Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
* Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and product engineering teams to ensure designs resonate with target audiences and meet business objectives.
* Design Strategy : Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and market trends.
* Quality Assurance : Review and approve design concepts, prototypes, and final products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
* Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding design-related communications, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications :
* Education : A bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field is to an advantage.
* Experience : Significant experience in design and project management, ideally 5 or more years, including leadership roles.
* Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD) and strong project management skills.
