The purpose of the role is to provide a customer-focused administration service on selected accounts. Working directly with the client’s customer service team to achieve delivery targets on orders as per customer requirements.
You must be a committed team member within the site administration team, supporting colleagues across all departments to provide an enhanced service to customers while maintaining and promoting DSV best practices. It is essential that you have at least 1 year’s experience working in a Customer Service role and an understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Day-to-day responsibility for managing the contract in a customer service capacity.
* Meet the customer’s operational requirements.
* Ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
* Provide first-line support for customers and DSV to proactively resolve issues.
* Support colleagues across all departments to enhance service delivery while adhering to DSV best practices.
* Responsible for completing and maintaining location KPIs and customer invoicing processes.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Good organizational skills and effective time management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of CargoWrite is preferred; training can be provided.
