Job Description
* Job Title - Environmental Business Development Executive
* Job Type - Permanent
* Location - Field Based UK - UK wide travel expected
* Hours - 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday
* Salary - Competitive base with Sales Performance Bonus
* Industry - Environmental
* To identify and develop new profitable revenue business opportunities, assist in marketing activities, identifying and engaging new customers for the SGS Environmental division
* Selling Climate Change Solutions - specifically GHG accounting and verification
* Completing full lifecycle of sales, from presentations, tender processes, contract negotiations
* This is a revenue focused, business development, field sales role with targets
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in business development or high level account management within a technical service field, whilst delivering customer service excellence
Essential:
* Degree qualified in Environmental Sciences or similar discipline
* Project management experience
* Proven sales background hitting targets
* Full clean driving license for use in the UK
