Surveying Operations Director My client is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor / Operations Manager to move into a division director level role overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 150+ surveyor network, as well as an inhouse booking and customer care team. This will be a full-time role with some hybrid working available. On this basis, you must be able to commute to a NW London office regularly. Requirements Excellent communication skills, organised, proactive and self-motivated. Be tech-savvy and have experience of tablet-based survey software. Experience of developing and managing a team of surveyors (and ideally support staff). Have experience of dealing with operational surveying issues. Be comfortable being the first port of call for network surveyors and be able to delegate and follow up on issues with a wider team (including those of a technical nature). MRICS/FRICS would be desired but is not essential for suitably experienced applicants. Duties Support and develop B2C surveying products and service offerings. Ensure high levels of compliance, standards and quality from the network. Identify and capitalise on any opportunities to add value in alongside other departments. Liaise with the technical team to assist surveyors with any technical issues or problems with software in the field. You must be technology savvy and have a passion for team management and dealing with people daily. Liaise with the Sales and Technical teams and provide technical advice and guidance when and where needed/appropriate. This is an off the tools role, and you will not be expected to undertake surveys.
