The incumbent will be responsible for designing, delivering and organizing training courses, analyzing and identifying staff training and development needs. They will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Training or other related disciplines
* At least 3 years’ relevant experience in design/delivery of soft skill training for general staff, with practical experience in E‑learning development
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
* Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), preferably with knowledge in E‑learning software applications
* Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, willing to work under pressure and independently
* Willing to work on weekends occasionally
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Learning & Development
