You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared work to students, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment is upheld. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Deliver set work and ensure students remain on task. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement. Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people or within a school environment (desirable). Strong classroom management and communication skills. A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
