You will be the first point of contact, answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and redirecting calls to the relevant staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for various administrative duties, such as maintaining databases, providing administrative assistance to the General Manager, and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained.
