The Role In this role you will be working on a varied and high quality caseload, advising and representing social housing providers across England. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues, handling complex and rewarding matters, including: Housing Disrepair claims Anti-social behaviour injunctions Environmental Protection Act prosecutions Possession proceedings About You You will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with existing expertise in housing litigation and be enthusiastic about this area of law.
