Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £38,300.80 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £36,720.00 plus a qualified estimate of £1,580.80 gratuities per annum.
About the role
As Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities are to:
· Collaborate with Commercial team to develop and market unique guest experiences, seasonal packages, and promotions to drive revenue
· Lead on overall transient strategy to deliver budget through dedicated marketing campaigns
· Plan, manage and execute marketing plans for all areas of the resort including Spa, Golf, F&B, Family, Leisure, Weddings and the MICE market
· Manage The Belfry website through content updates, improved user journeys and a streamlined booking experience to grow online revenue and drive direct business
· Lead our Marketing Assistant to ensure smooth running of the department and ongoing day to day requirements
· Manage digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns are effective and deliver to KPIs
· Monitor monthly Marketing budget and understand monthly business P&L
· Effectively manage workload and new projects ensuring they are delivered on time and communicated to the relevant audiences
· Analyse and report on performance to produce monthly reports, drive improvements and proactively research opportunities
About you
The ideal candidate will have/be:
· Strong marketing mix knowledge with emphasis on digital marketing
· Background of hospitality industry essential
· Experienced in both B2C and B2B marketing
