Sense has an exciting opportunity for Waking Night Support Workers to join our fantastic Community Team in Dunmurry where you will be supported and able to grow and develop within your role. As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities
* Supporting people with everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
* Personal care and hygiene.
* Helping with finances.
* Medication and wellbeing.
* Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
* Supporting people with their social life and night life.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives.
* Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role.
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience desirable but not essential.
Further Information
This is a Permanent role working 36 hours per week, 3 shifts per week, 10:00pm - 9:00/10:00am. We are offering an hourly rate of £13.50 (inclusive of allowances). The location of the service is accessible via public transport but due to the shift timings candidates may have to make their own way in.
