This is a great opportunity to join a well establish manufacturing business in the role of a Project Manager on a contract basis. The contract duration would run until the end of the year and would be suited to an operational project manager with experience of installation of product lines and equipment. This role will give you a great chance to run a cradle to grave project with an established business within their field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional projects to transfer product lines between manufacturing sites, from feasibility through to stable production handover
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and safety standards
Coordinate site readiness activities including equipment relocation, line installation, commissioning, and validation
Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless executionRequirements
Engineering background and qualifications.
Experience of operational project management - CAPEX, site moves, line installation, equipment relocation.
Be a strong user of Microsoft project.
10+ years working withing a manufacturing environment.
Strong stakeholder management skillset.27488/612
