We are looking for a Wellbeing Manager to lead the delivery of community-based mental health support services across East London. You will oversee a frontline team supporting adults experiencing poor mental health and help deliver programmes that promote wellbeing, recovery and community engagement.
Duties include:
* Lead and support a frontline team delivering community mental health programmes
* Manage referrals, caseloads and service delivery to ensure high-quality support
* Build relationships with local authorities, partners and referral organisations
* Monitor performance, reporting and compliance across services
* Develop wellbeing activities and programmes for service users
Experience required:
* Managing or delivering programmes for people with poor mental health
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing community work in a full-time paid role
Please note: There will be some unsociable hours such as evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The charity will consider someone part time also (30 hours a week minimum).
