The Head teacher wishes to appoint an experienced, highly commited SBM to support her in the day to day running of the school. You must have a warm personality, be prepared to go the extra mile and have experience of working under pressure. The successful candidate will
* Demonstrate effective leadership and management skills
* Have robust background in Finance, ER and HR
* Be highly motivated, organised and display a positive attitude towards work
* Be proactive and be able to work on their own initiative
* Be professional and courteous towards others
* Be able to work under pressure
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
* Be able to lead a team and work effectively as part of a team.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. The school is a one form entry primary school situated in Plaistow. Theyhave easy access to an underground station, DLR, buses and have a free car park.
