Title: Administrator Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week Mon-Fri ) Location: Inverness Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Our client is looking to appoint an experienced individual to join their growing team based in Inverness. The trade administrator assists with running of trade department. This involves liaising with trade customers & the factory production to ensure quotes, orders & deliveries are dealt with on time. Duties include: Prepare quotations for customers Process customers orders & creating production lines for manufacture Phoning customers for payments & informing about delivery times Ordering of materials or products not manufactured by factory Scanning of documents Dealing with supplier delivery notes Deal with customers both in person & on the phone Working with the wider production team to create production lists Full training of systems & procedures will be given in line with our ISO 9001 quality management system.
