Our client, a growing construction company in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a Graduate to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
1. Posting invoices
2. Running supplier/labour payments within agreed terms
3. Reviewing staff expenses
4. Bank reconciliations
5. Dealing with account queries
6. Account-related filing
7. Maintaining various spreadsheets
8. Maintaining office supply inventory
9. Answering office calls
10. Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
Skills and Experience required:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good telephone manner
* Good communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Quick learner
* Proficient in Excel
* Good initiative and proactive attitude
* Team player
