Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Operations Lead to join our Cyber Fusion Center (CFC). This leadership role is important to managing programmes, and helping the CFC defend against evolving cyber threats. You will bring a blend of cybersecurity awareness, regulatory compliance experience, and operational knowledge to support the CFC's mission and strategic goals. You will lead efforts to improve workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, ensure agreement across global cyber defense functions, and represent the CFC in front of client auditors and regulators. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity and business operations within a world-class organization, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cyber Forensics and Threat Hunting. Important Responsibilities Procurement & Budget Management Coordinate procurement activities to ensure acquisition of tools, and services required by several Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC) functions. Work with CFC leadership to manage budget planning and tracking, ensuring understanding of organizational financial policies and priorities. Monitor and reconcile expenditures with finance teams, providing regular updates to leadership to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with finance and vendor management teams to improve purchasing processes and maintain compliance with procurement standards. Support forecasting and resource allocation efforts, helping CFC leadership improve spend and plan for future operational needs. Strategic Operations & Governance Define operational governance models, including leadership cadences, risk reviews, and performance tracking. Improve programmes across CFC workflows, tooling, and reporting to enhance efficiency and scalability. Data-Driven Insights & Metrics Define and report on Indicators and operational metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Develop dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize incident metrics, threat trends, and operational health. Create forecasting and scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of proposed process changes. Work with CFC leadership and tower leaders to define measurements and coordinate the automation of metric reporting dashboards. Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure operational activities align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Support audit readiness, compliance documentation, and evidence collection for internal and external reviews. Represent the Cyber Fusion Centre during internal and external audits, assessments, and compliance reviews. Partner Engagement & Communication Deliver executive-level briefings and client engagement materials to showcase CFC capabilities and effect. Present the Cyber Fusion Center's services, capabilities, and incident management workflows to internal departments and newly acquired organizations as part of M&A integration efforts Fusion Collaboration Facilitate integration between cyber, physical, and threat intelligence teams to support a unified threat response. Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and operational discipline across the organization. Strategic Innovation Contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of CFC service offerings, incorporating latest technologies and evolving threat landscapes. Relationship Management Build partnerships with our teams, leaders, and external partners to support collaboration, integration, and operational success. Documentation and Training: Consult with teams to build onboarding documentation, training roadmaps, and performance metrics. Help redesign internal knowledge bases and process documentation. Break down technical process documents centered around cybersecurity into layman's terms. Travel Occasional domestic or international travel may be required for training, strategic planning sessions, internal meetings, audit meetings, or project execution.
