You’ll be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a seamless guest experience that reflects the high standards of this luxury hotel. Key Responsibilities of the Head Housekeeper: * Lead, motivate, and train the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service. * Manage daily operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. * Conduct regular inspections to maintain the hotel’s impeccable standards. * Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure room readiness and quality. * Manage stock levels, ordering, and budgeting for cleaning supplies and linens. * Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene procedures. * Recruit, schedule, and develop housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and efficient team culture. * Oversee laundry and linen service operations.
