We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant for our client in Motherwell. A previous background in outbound sales is required, with experience in most B2B / SME sales areas being of interest as the skills are very transferable to their sector.
Role Responsibilities:
* Develop new leads and opportunities to generate sales with business customers of all sizes.
* Account manage customer accounts, cross-sell, and upsell additional products and services.
* Make high volume outbound calls and engage decision-makers at the highest levels.
* Build rapport and listen effectively to customer needs.
Candidate Profile:
* Money-driven, target-oriented, and experienced in high-volume telesales.
* Excellent rapport building and listening skills.
Compensation:
Basic salary of £25,000, negotiable DOE, with OTE around £30,000 - £40,000. Top performers earn £60,000 - £70,000 annually, depending on sales success and account development.
