Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer service during every visit
Requirements
* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Passion for working as part of a Store Team
* Proactive and encouraging approach to colleague development and store operations
