You’ll take ownership of a £3m portfolio of established clients, acting as the strategic lead and primary point of contact. This is a role for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving growth, and delivering smart, effective media strategies across both ATL and digital channels.
Alongside growing inherited accounts, you’ll play a key role in bringing in new business and will remain close to the day-to-day planning and performance of campaigns, making this a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck in.

Responsibilities
* You’ll sit at the heart of client relationships, leading strategy while assisting being hands-on with campaign delivery.
* Lead client strategy across ATL (TV, OOH, Cinema, Press) and digital (Programmatic, BVOD, YouTube)
* Act as the senior client lead, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
* Take a consultative approach in identify growth opportunities and expand channel mix to increase spend
* Collaborate with the wider business to bridge the gap across full-funnel campaigns.
* Deliver against a clear revenue growth target
Experience
* Strong client-facing experience within a media agency environment
* Solid ATL knowledge, with a good understanding of digital channels (TV, CTV, OOH, Cinema, Press, Audio, Programmatic, YouTube)
* Confident leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
* Commercially minded, with a track record of driving growth
* A proactive, hands-on approach - comfortable in both strategy and execution
* Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work
