Wise Owls Childcare is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and professional Deputy Manager to join our Maidenhead crew! The Role:
Youll be the Managers right-hand person, keeping our after-school clubs running like clockwork. From leading a brilliant team to dreaming up activities that kids actually want to do, youll be the heartbeat of the club.
The Logistics:
* Term Time Only: 26.25 hours/week (7.30 am-9.00 am and 2:45 pm – 6:30 pm, Mon–Fri).
* OR Year-Round: Keep your hours in term time, and switch to 8–8.5 hour shifts (between 8:15 am – 5:45 pm) during the school holidays.
What you bring to the table:
* The Credentials: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Childcare.
* The Brains: Great knowledge of the EYFS and a knack for staying organised.
* The Spirit: Previous leadership experience and a "can-do" energy that fits our fun, fast-paced vibe.
* The Bonus Points: First Aid or Safeguarding training? Even better!
