You will be joining our already high-performing and experienced Neurosurgery team where you will be responsible for driving and developing effective sales strategies in order to grow and increase market share in Neuro accounts. There is now no better time to join our team, as there is a strong pipeline of products entering in the market, which you will play a key role in delivering to our customers.
You’re other responsibilities will include:
* Develop close working partnerships with key Neuro centres.
* Build strong relationships with key customers.
* Identify insights and solutions that create value-based sales propositions.
* Develop and work to an agreed business development plan that is documented and updated within the CRM Opportunity Management systems.
* Attend exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations and workshops as required, both locally and nationally.
* Assist with the development of key reference centres for the Aesculap range of Neuro products.
* To keep abreast of developments and trends within the territory in order to supply accurate information for consideration in forecasting and budget proposals.
What we need from you:
* Have demonstrable success and experience in the neurosurgical market- you will have consistently hit your sales target and be a top performer.
* Have a good understanding of the technical, clinical and customer experience elements required for this type of sales role.
* Be highly motivated with the ability to meet targets and objectives within given deadlines.
* Be an excellent communicator, planner and problem solver with the aptitude to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
* Ability to build strong relationships to win market share from our main competitors, through value-based solutions.
* Full UK Driving Licence
