 * Strategic and leadership experience – able to contribute to the long-term direction and growth of the organisation.
 * Financial literacy – understanding budgets, accounts, and financial planning to support robust governance.

 * Commitment to diversity and inclusion – valuing the perspectives of all communities WLCC serves.
 * Integrity and reliability – a strong sense of ethics and accountability, with the ability to dedicate time to trustee responsibilities and attend set meetings.
What will you be doing?
WLCC is commissioned by the NHS Talking Therapies service in Hammersmith and Fulham to provide short-term therapeutic interventions (12 sessions) for individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions. Each year, our dedicated team assesses more than 1,000 clients prior to treatment.
WLCC has a committed and experienced management team, supported by a longstanding group of skilled clinicians and administrators. Our premises are located just off Glenthorne Road in Hammersmith. We are proud to be a BACP-accredited service.
We are seeking volunteer Trustees to join our Board and help shape the future of the organisation. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to a vital community service and support the continued delivery of accessible mental health care.
Who we’re looking for
We welcome applications from individuals with a wide range of skills and backgrounds. We are particularly interested in people with experience in:
 * Human resources
 * Financial management
 * Fundraising and corporate partnerships
About The Role
 * The Board meets 4–5 times per year, usually on a Monday or Thursday evening in Hammersmith.
 * Trustees are expected to attend these meetings and contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the Centre.
Above all, we are looking for people who share our passion for counselling, psychotherapy, and accessible mental health provision.
