Role Responsibilities
* Lead a team of audit professionals across a broad and sophisticated portfolio, including corporates, groups, and international clients
* Oversee the delivery of complex audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, offering advisory input beyond compliance
* Collaborate with fellow directors and partners to drive business development, cross-service line integration, and strategic planning
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management for senior team members
* Ensure high standards of risk management and compliance across all audit work
* Represent the firm in leadership forums and act as a key voice in the evolution of the audit department

The Successful Applicant
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience at senior management or director level within audit
* Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit regulations
* Proven ability to lead large and complex audit assignments and teams
* Excellent commercial and client relationship-building skills
* A forward-thinking approach to leadership, development, and innovation
* Driven to contribute at a strategic level and take a seat at the leadership table
* Experience with international clients or group audits is advantageous
