Day-to-day of the role:
* Answering phone calls and handling queries efficiently.
* Planning customer collections and coordinating logistics.
* Completing driver debriefs to ensure all information is accurately recorded.
* Manifesting night trunks to prepare for evening logistics activities.
* Conducting route planning for the following day to optimise delivery schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
