We’re supporting a specialist school in Durham that’s looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to work closely with a pupil who benefits from calm guidance, clear routines, and steady reassurance throughout the school day. This role isn’t about “fixing” behaviour. It’s about understanding it, responding with care, and helping a young person feel safe enough to learn.
