Associate Partner - Project Management
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + benefits
A well-established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Partner to join its Gloucester team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Manager seeking greater influence, responsibility and the chance to help shape the strategic direction of a regional office.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead and develop the Project Management service
Deliver high-quality consultancy services across both pre- and post-contract stages
Manage projects across a range of sectors
Oversee programmes, material movement and strategic land projects for housing developers
Act as a key client contact, managing multiple stakeholders
Administer contracts including NEC, JCT and ICC
Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget, quality and compliance standards
Identify and mitigate risk proactively
Oversee budgets, cost control and value optimisation
Use project planning tools such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project
Contribute to business development and growth within the local market
Mentor and develop junior team members
What They're Looking For
Proven experience within a construction consultancy or client-side environment
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience delivering residential or developer-led schemes
Background in programme management and strategic land projects
Chartered status (MCIOB, MRICS, APM or equivalent)
Minimum 2+ years' experience operating at a senior Project Management level
Commercial awareness and ambition to progress at Associate/Partner level
