1. Basic Salary: £26,984
2. OTE: £32,000
3. 42.5 hours per week, Saturday mornings on a rota

Our client is a well established Main Dealer with a great local reputation. They are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team in Grimsby. Customer facing experience and a great attitude to customers are essential for this role.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
15. To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
16. Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
17. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
18. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
19. Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
20. Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.

21. Have a good attitude to work at all times.
22. Strong organisational Skills
23. Experience within the automotive sector is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
24. Strong customer service skills
25. An understanding of vehicles and common issues
