We are recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for Pizza Hut, part of our expanding portfolio.
Reports To: Principal Operator/Area Manager
Position Overview: Leading the restaurant management team and staff, you oversee daily operations, ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and team members through effective management and business expertise.
Functional Responsibilities:
* Manage all FOH and BOH operations and equipment maintenance
* Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards; develop improvement plans as needed
* Maintain financial health by achieving food cost and labor goals
* Manage P&L statements following financial controls and security standards
* Adapt to changing trends and market conditions, modifying store plans to meet targets
Leadership Responsibilities:

* Oversee team training, development, and performance management

Educational & Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of multi-outlet food retail or service management experience
* Proven performance in KPIs with primary profit responsibility
* Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR)
* Ability to relocate between restaurants as needed
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
