The Role: Development Team Lead / Tech Lead (x5)
We’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining:
* delivery leadership
* and impactful ownership of high-value product areas
Your team may focus on:
* 🌳 Workflow and automation improvements
* 🌳 Core platform scalability and resilience
Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety.
What You’ll Do
* 🌳 Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
* 🌳 Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
* 🌳 Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
* 🌳 Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
* 🌳 Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
* 🌳 Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
* 🌳 Remain technically hands-on, especially while teams scale
We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example.
Core stack includes:
Experience with large-scale, complex systems is a major advantage.
Leadership titles aren’t essential - but leadership behaviour is.
