The Job
As Senior Category Manager, you’ll take full ownership of online trading performance for a key category, driving revenue, margin, conversion and customer engagement across the digital channel. This role sits at the centre of the trading function, where you’ll lead category strategy, identify commercial opportunities, and influence trading decisions that directly impact growth. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM and Product teams, you’ll shape customer journeys, optimise onsite performance and ensure your category consistently delivers against ambitious commercial targets.
The Person
They are looking for a commercially sharp digital leader with proven experience in senior online trading or category management roles, ideally within fashion, beauty, premium or fast-paced retail environments. You’ll bring strong eCommerce knowledge, confidence working with data, and the ability to turn insight into action quickly. Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional conversations, you’ll thrive in a role where pace, ownership and strategic thinking are all equally important.
