Numatic International is looking for a proactive, highly organised Assistant Customer Engagement Manager to help lead our busy, multi-disciplinary Customer Engagement Centre.
Youll support the Head of Customer Engagement with driving frontline staff to support growth initiatives across social commerce and online marketplaces including TikTok, Amazon Marketplace and eBay as well as leading the customer services for MyHenry.co.uk.
What Youll Do
* Support the Head of Customer Engagement Centre in delivering operational excellence
* Lead, coach and mentor a multi-disciplinary customer engagement team
* Drive performance, quality and continuous improvement across all customer touchpoints
* Manage training documentation, induction activities and recruitment support
* Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders
* Support delivery of projects, process improvements, and customer-focused initiatives
* Handle escalations and complex customer issues with confidence

* Leadership experience in a multi-channel customer service environment
* Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
* Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
* Creativity, attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
