An established company is in need of a Home Manager to run an elderly 34 bedded residential home nearby Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic and highly sought after opportunity to join a fantastic Home with lots of benefits.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
1. Overall running of the home; including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
2. Management of budgets.
3. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
4. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
5. Build strong relationship with regional and operations directors.
6. Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
Home Manager Requirements:
7. Experience managing a Residential or Nursing home.
8. Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
9. History of “Good” CQC scores.
10. Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
11. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
12. To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to.
13. A hardworking, pleasant attitude.
