We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Property Inspections Manager for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodford. The ideal candidate must have previous Property Management/Inventory Clerk experience with a proven track record. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £30,000 - £35,000 8.30am - 5.30pm 3/4 day working week (salary pro rata'd) Private medical insurance £25 per instruction Additional earning incentives Day off for birthday Additional holiday entitlement for every 2 years of service (capped at 6 days) Team social events Responsibilities: Carrying out external property inspections Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld Keys Skills: Previous Property Management/Inventory Clerk experience with a proven track record Dynamic with strong organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficient IT skills Articulate and ambitious with the drive to succeed Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential Strong at timekeeping and time management.
