Quality Manager – Food Production

A growing food production company in North Tipperary is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site quality operations. This is a low-risk food environment with strong growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small on-site quality team and ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 22000 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a small quality team
* Maintain and improve the site’s ISO 22000 standards
* Lead internal and external audits
* Implement and manage BRC, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety standards
* Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality regulations
* Support future team growth and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a quality leadership role within food production
* Proven track record managing audits and food safety certifications (BRC, ISO 22000 or similar)

* Role is fully on-site in North Tipperary, five days a week
