Team Leader - Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist or physiotherapist with proven leadership skills.

This role requires an experienced, compassionate clinician demonstrating senior-level competency, working with diverse pathologies and presentations, with a passion for HCOP, sub-acute care, and rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of discharge to assess across mid Nottinghamshire and beyond, with well-established networks internally and externally. They must also show a strong commitment to person-centred care, patient safety, and inclusive leadership.
The team leader oversees Newark Hospital, Sconce Ward, and Castle Ward, managing 50 inpatient beds, with some responsibilities extending to other areas of Newark Hospital. This role offers a significant opportunity to make a positive impact and lead a dedicated team providing exceptional care.
