We are looking for an ambitious and passionate leader to head up the Performance Marketing team and help us take our business to the next level. Reporting into our Director of Performance Marketing and with a specific focus on growth, we need someone who is both highly analytical and creative with their ideas on how to reach new customers. You will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimising our paid social media advertising campaigns, whilst shaping, leading and mentoring your team.
Manage planning, execution, reporting and optimisation processes across the performance channel in a highly organised manner
Develop new and innovative performance marketing strategies that drive growth and expansion, including exploring opportunities to expand our marketing channel mix
Closely monitor performance metrics ensuring we remain on target and within budget
Contribute to the broader Performance Marketing Strategy and roadmap, collaborating with the Director of Performance Marketing to define short and long term objectives
Distribute responsibilities across our agencies and in-house team, flexibly testing and adapting ways of working to suit our overall objectives
Own the testing roadmap across performance marketing ensuring we are constantly iteratively testing and learning
Collaborate with the Head of Design and our Creative Strategist to ensure we test and innovate creatively
Share knowledge across the business, ensuring Performance Marketing projects, plans and test results are well understood and used to inform future decisions and plans
Complete ad hoc analysis in excel/google sheets to inform future strategies, investigating competitor activity and collaborating with BI and data teams when required

Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, including experience with paid social strategies ideally within a high-growth startup
Is a mentor for your team and advocate for our brand values
A proven track record in running successful multichannel online acquisition campaigns, including remarketing, attribution and analytics, and working with significant budgets
Understand the technical and analytical elements of all relevant digital platforms in hyper-detail, including tracking, attribution and experimentation features
Solutions orientated, delivering lasting solutions balancing risk mitigation, flexibility and business continuity through business cases and proposals supported by data and evidence
At ease with startup culture and able to work hands on in a flexible and agile manner
At ease with reporting in Excel, Google Sheets and Pivot Tables. Flexible working with core working hours
