About the position
* Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
* Recruit and develop a fantastic team
* Train the team to deliver a top class guest service experience
* Oversee the day to day running of the hotel
* Manage & lead a team effectively
* Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan
The successful candidate
* Experience in hotels a must
* Room management experience
* Have financial acumen
* Excellent leadership skills
* Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
